| The mechanical properties of the Modal/Tencel textile are fully discussed and its index of the taking style are analysised.It was found that the Modal/Tencel textile has good surface gloss and good breaking strength and bursting strength too. permeability and moisture transmission sex good, restorative, fabric wrinkles pilling sex, drapability are very good. Modal/Tencel woven fabric was dyed with reactive dyes. The influences of time, dosage of Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 on the dye uptake were discussed. Optimum dyeing process was determined with orthogonal tests. The results showed that the good dyeing result could be achieved under the follow dyeing condition:30 g/L of sodium sulphate and 10 g/L of sodium carbonate and dyeing time 30 min, fixation time 30 min when using reactive red K-2G. Fabric dyed in this condition can obtain a four grade of both washing fastness and dry or wet rubbing fastness.The softening finish technology of Modal/Tencel woven fabric was investigated. The cellulase and silicon oil were respectively used to soften with different softening finish technology. The wearing properties such as softeness, drapability, wrinkle recovery, pilling resistance, air permeability were measured. It can be concluded that the wearing properties of Modal/Tencel woven fabric finished by two kind of method are good. And it can be found that the effects of cellulase is a little better than using silicon oil. |
