This topic is tencel and linen fibre blend fabric trial manufacturing. Tencel fiber is called the 21st century green environmental protection textile fiber by people. Fabric with tencel fibre on its face has good moisture absorption, moisture permeability, and upscale peach skin appearance. Linen fiber is one kind of the natural health care fibers. It has a good moisture absorption, bacteriostatic property, mold proofing, anti-ultraviolet ray and does not have the static electricity. On the face of linen fabric the unique linen hemp festivals are distributed . Tencel fiber and the linen fiber blend fabric has the heavy pound pure silk feel and good drape property. At the same time the uniform distribution of the linen hemp on the fabric surface also has the peach skin appearance. This paper selected the blend radio for tencel and flax fiber blend fabric, warp and weft yarn sizes, summarized the raw material production, spinning, weaving, dyeing stages. Tencel fiber is processed with the special environmental protection method, in the seal circulatory system. The natural wood—pulp raw material is directly dissolved, from this the spinning glue size is spun into the textile fiber. Linen originates from flax planting, the production methods are generally: 1 ,the rain and dew impregnation method 2.the cold water impregnation method 3.the lukewarm water impregnation method 4,anaerobic retting method 5,steaming retting method. The manufacturing key is that how to increase the efficiency of the spinning, weaving, and dyeing, how to solve difficult problems and how to increase the quality of the products.. Due to the small helical angles of macro-molecule base original filament and the lignin, the breaking tenacity of linen is more than other natural fiber, but its breaking elongation ratio is the smallest among all of the textile fibers, and due to the worse fiber length uniformity of linen, yarns with linen fiber are easily to break. This characteristic seriously affects spinning and weaving processing. Although the tencel lining production has had the mature craft, but the tencel flax blend fabric trial manufacturing really is one new topic, tencel linen blend gauze is produced by domestically equipments in Baoding Yimian Group Co.. Ltd. The main problem at the beginning is to solve the difficulties due to the more longer lengths of tencel and the linen fibres, the hardness, thick and poor length uniformity of linen fibers, to seek the optimal pulp formula, reasonably adjusts starching parameters to guarantee the warp thread smoothly for weaving. During woveing the main problem was to solve the breakages of weft yarn due to its crisp and hard properties. During dyeing the main problem is to solve the fabric hardness because it absorbed a lot of water during finishing, to guarantee cloth cover nap is neat, to guarantee the fabric strength during enzyme processing. .
