Study On Ecology Planning And Evaluation Of Small Town Driven By Industrialization

Small town is very important in the processes of urbanization.How to design and express is a new subject under this background.In recent years the Enviroment Protection Department has launched ecological town,more and more local government responded to this work. The dentistation is to keep the small town developing,stopping the mode of "high consumption,high pollution", breaking through the wrong circle of "polluting first and administering later", developing an ecological economy.Though the index and expressing system was established by Enviroment Protection Department,which is based on various opinions,different districts have different conditions.This expressing system remains further discussion,and the specific figure of the index needs to be proved by an amount of practice.Based on the angle of expressing the ecological plan,this paper pursuits ecological compensation and encourges social economy developing healthy,which is helpful for the industrialization and urbanization.The ecological analyze of the industrial samall town is a wide and complicated ecological system,including ecological construction planning,the planning of controlling and distributing the land,environmental protection planning,arrangement of industrial plot,appropriating population planning,construction planning of the green land etc. By inference of this character,this paper choose a famous color-weaving town-----Xianfeng of Tongzhou district as classic case, building the industrial plot as the key of the planning and expressing system.When in expressing,from the whole view, the focus is work process,content and methodology for small town eco-construction planning.The content of this paper includes ecological suitability analysis,ecological sensitiveness analysis and etc.
