| In order to further promote process and equipment upgrading and products structure optimization of PingGang company in high platform, to greatly reduce energy consumption and production cost, the PingGang Company Anyuan Branch carries out energy-saving and emission reduction technology reformation onl.2 million ton steel.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of DCS control system of 16500 oxygenerator which is one of important supporting facilities and illustrates the control system from hardware and software aspects. This paper's main works are as follow:1. Analysed the control method for air turbine compressor start-up, normal downtime, fault interlocking downtime, entrance guide vane, pointing venting and auxiliary equipment.2. Emphatically studied on the sequential control methods on switching valve of molecular sieve purification system. And from design idea and method two aspects, comparative analysis on complex and classical control schemes in air separation system are made.3. Introduced the oxygen compressor start-up, normal downtime, fault interlocking downtime, spray nitrogen interlocking downtime and its priority control method in detail, and designed the control method and operation menus of the auxiliary equipment such as pump and so on.4. Introduced control schemes and operation menus of medium-pressure nitrogen compressor communications, low-pressure nitrogen compressor start/stop and auxiliary pump equipments.In conclusion, combined characteristics with operation requirements of oxygen production process, this paper offer a safe, reliable and advanced control scheme which has the feature of friendly interface, easy maintenance, fault tolerance ability. The conflict between original design and production activities be well settled, which safeguard long-term safety, stability and economic operation of oxygenerator. |
