| The flight direct preparation phase is an important part of the flight mission,and an important part of ensuring flight safety and operation efficiency.In view of the high risk and low efficiency of traditional flight direct preparation methods,this study designed and developed a flight direct preparation system based on ergonomics.The research work mainly includes the following parts:(1)Multi-angle analysis of the factors affecting the information processing process during the flight direct preparation of the crew and the risks of the traditional flight direct preparation.The multi-model analysis of Wickens information processing model and derived flight direct preparation information processing model,The information,Decision,and Action in Crew Context Model(IDAC),reached the following conclusions: in the information processing process,factors such as attention resources,memory,judgment,and decision-making play a decisive role at this stage;the content and process reengineering of the flight direct preparation phase can improve 10 PIFs factors that affect the Information-Decision-Action(I-D-A)process of flight crew.Based on the analysis of the Threat and Error Management model(TEM)and the quantification of the Systematic Human Error Reduction and Prediction Approach(SHERPA),the following conclusions were reached: The design of the flight direct preparation system can assist the crew to control the threats and errors existing in the flight direct preparation phase;the total number of error types in the traditional flight direct preparation process is 16,and 10 of them have a severity greater than 5(10-point scale).(2)Design and implementation of the flight direct preparation system.Based on the brainstorming method,semi-structured focus group method,IDAC analysis conclusion and G1 method,the content and process of the flight direct preparation were rationally reengineered,and the requirements document was written;Based on the three-tier B/S overall architecture,the overall functional structure,the main modules and the MySQL database of the system were designed;after using SHERPA method to analyze the system function of the first iterative design,get 6 possible "task failure" error modes;use Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)risk assessment method perform risk assessment on those 6 error modes,the improved risk assessment of the second iterative design shows that the V2.0 system’s risk is in an acceptable range;The Java language-based SSH framework combination was used to implement the development of V2.0 system.(3)Based on the ergonomics principles,design the preparation table,chair and space layout of preparation room.According to the calculation method of the table and chair data and the human body datas of the Chinese civil aviation pilots,combined with the characteristics of direct preparation and the required functions,the table and chair datas and the space layout of flight preparation room was determined.The flight direct preparation system is integrated with the flight preparation room to form a human-oriented,safe and efficient flight direct preparation "Big" system. |
