With the development of mining,the original dust control system in ore pass cannot meet the present needs because the mining depth and the number of mining layers are increasing.Also the dust in ore pass is more serious than the general dust in dust concentration and impact force.It not only will bring serious dust pollution,and even may cause accidents in mine.So it is very important to study the dust suppression in ore pass for the development of the enterprise.In this thesis,the research is based on the research project of "Automatic control and optimization methods in the underground mine production" under the background of an iron mine.Based on the domestic and foreign research of advanced dust suppression,the dry fog dust control system of ore pass is designed and applied in-280 meters mining layer.First of all,this thesis analyzes the mechanism of dust producing and the dust characteristics in ore pass.According to the actual situation of the iron mine in-280 meters mining layer and the specific process of the ore pass unloading,this thesis analyzes and defines two conditions:the dust suppression of locomotive unloading from own mining layer and the dust suppression of other mining layer from other mining layer.And then this thesis introduces the dust collection by droplets and heterogeneous nucleation which are the main principles of dry fog dust suppression in ore pass.Secondly,according to the working conditions and dry fog dust suppression,the system requirements are proposed with the actual needs of enterprises.Then the overall scheme design,hardware design and software design of dry fog dust control system in ore pass are completed.Thirdly,the system parameters are optimized.Because the dust suppression effect of the system is mainly determined by the water pressure and air pressure,it is necessary to optimize the system parameters.A parallel error compensation hybrid model of SVM established,this thesis optimizes the hydraulic pressure and gas pressure with the target of the maximum dust suppression efficiency by artificial fish swarm algorithm(AFSA).The simulation optimization design is analyzed by MATLAB.Finally,the specific design and implementation of the system are completed.The dry fog equipment is contracted for production by the other company under the design of the system.The controller is made up of C8051F120,CP2200,MAX232,MAX485 and other chips.The PC monitoring software is designed by Basic Visual and SQL Server with CS framework.After the debugging in the laboratory and field,the expected dust suppression efficiency is achieved which gets the high praise from the enterprise.
