| Many countries abroad have studied the migration earlier than china, and have a higher awareness to the safety of the food packaging materials, there exists a huge difference between our country and foreign because of being short of enough research in food packaging materials. GB/T9685-2008 has referred to about 987 additives used in packaging materials, but only part of them have limits in transference to food, the standard methods to detect these chemicals are still not established, and the research of migration related to the additives has not been studied deeply. So it makes important significance to establish the detecting methods and review the disciplinarian of migration into different food. This paper has mostly studied the migrating behavior of esters additives of food packaging materials, the contents and results are below:1,the separating method of 21 esters additives in food packaging materials was determined, and the relationship between the molecular electronegativity distance vector(MEDV) descriptor and the retention time have been investigated systematically, then the model of the quantitative structure retention relationship of the above-mentioned 21 compounds has also been built. The correlation coefficient (R) for the established model, leave-one-out (LOO) cross validation (RLoo) and external validation(Qext) are 0.9840,0.9747,0.9789 respectively. The results show that the model is good of stability and predictability. The proposed model can provide an effective way to determine the seperating chromatography conditions of esters.2,This work systematically studied the method to detect 20 ester additives in food plastic bags. The GC-FID method was developed with Methyl 3-methylbenzoate as internal standard substance. The results showed that the apex area and concentrations ratio of 20 esters additives to internal standard substance had a good linearity at the range of 0.5μg/mL and 200μg/mL. The Correlation coefficients were 0.9981-0.9999, the detection limits of method were 0.534μg/mL-1.350μg/mL, the recoveries were 81.62%-116.77%, the relative standard deviations were 0.9%-11.9%. The method was then used to analyze practical samples and the results were satisfying.3,The correlaion between migration and the initial content (Co) of esters additives, the alcohol-water partition coefficient (LogP) of additives, the topological index (Qo), the polarity of food stimulants (Ps), the temperature (T) and time (t) of migration was investigated by gas chromatography-flame ionization detector, and the QSPR model was established. The correlation coefficient (R) for the established model and leave-one-out (LOO) cross validation (RLoo) were 0.9300,0.8950 respectively. Simultaneously, the stability and generalization ability of the model were strictly analyzed by external validation and the Qext was 0.9282, Futuremore, the actual application of the model has been discussed. The results show that the correlation between migration behavior and Co, LogP, Qo, Ps, T, t is significant and the model is good of stability and predictability. The proposed model can provide an important support to explore the migration into the packed food accurately. |
