| With the development of food transportation, fresh, storage, sales and globalization, a large number of plastic packaging materials used in food field. Food packaging plastic contact with food, small molecular compounds in plastics additives can migrate into food, can lead to food quality and nutrient change, also a lot of long-term accumulation in the body can cause damage to the health of the body, so the food packaging plastic which has the practical significance of research on migration.This paper focuses on the study the four major food packaging of PVC, PP, PE, PC by migration and migration model important migration of substances in plastics. The main research works are as follows:(1) Made of PVC materials of three kinds of plasticizers in as the research object, the PVC film samples with different concentrations were prepared by PVC, the content of plasticizer detection method, the simulation of liquid food on migration and migration model. Study on the microwave method, ultrasonic method, precipitation method and Soxhlet extraction method(GB/T 22408-2008) effect on increasing extraction amount of plasticizer and the extraction efficiency in PVC. Study of PVC plasticizer in distilled water, dilute acid solution, ethanol / water solution, ISO octane four food simulants migration in. Study on the simulation conditions of food composition and temperature, time on the PVC plasticizer migration and migration in the food effect. The use of Weibull distribution model in the probabilistic model as the basic formula, using Arrhenius formula and the plasticizer solubility parameters such as the establishment of Weibull-PVC model in the migration of plasticizer in food lipids in PVC. The model can be applied to PVC migration in food lipids in prediction. Experience of the predicted values and experimental values are unity of good.(2) Use the antioxidant of PP material as the research object, the PP film samples with different concentrations were prepared, detection of antioxidant content in PP was carried out, using the simulation of liquid food was studied migration and migration model. Study on the optimum conditions of microwave extraction on the extraction of antioxidant in PP film. Comparison of two kinds of antioxidants to simulate the migration level in the 4 kinds of food. The main factors affecting the migration of the antioxidants, such as the concentration and temperature are studied. Weibull distribution model and Piringer model can be used for migration of antioxidant BHT in PP. Through the actual data set different unknown parameters influence on migration model, through the actual data comparison shows that the Weibull distribution model is better than the applicability of the Piringer model, Weibull model and Piringer model, and has a certain relationship, the relationship is τ ≈ 12.2 ×L/D. Weibull probability distribution model is based on mathematical foundation, established the Weibull-PP migration model of antioxidant BHT in PP using the solubility parameters, molecular weight, temperature parameters.(3) Use antioxidant PE material as the research object, the PE film samples with different concentrations were prepared, detection of antioxidant content in PE was carried out, using the simulation of liquid food was studied migration and migration model. The PE antioxidant was extracted by microwave extraction, the effects of extraction reagent, extraction temperature and extraction time on extraction amount, the optimum extraction conditions. Study on the comparison of four kinds of liquid in the simulation of BHT migration.
