Chapter 1:The problems and advances of polythene food packaging safety, the factors caused these problems; on basic of these problems, the regulations in EU, USA and china, as well as the advances in this field have been reviewed. Our own research and creative content were put forward according to these reviews.Chapter 2:A sensitive method for simultaneous determination of 16 plasticizers and 7 antioxidants in vinegar was established by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). On the basis of the optimized chromatographic, the method has been applied for determination of 28 vinegar samples from local market.Chapter 3:On the basis of scanning electron microscope (SEM), fourier transform-infrared spectrum (FT-IR), atomic force microscope (AFM), an investigation method was established for the characterization of pure nano Ag, submicro SiO2, TiO2 and kaolin powders, as well as their nano, submico-PE composite particles and composite films with different contents. These characterizations were investigated in order to research the behavioral alteration in the preparation of these composite films.Chapter 4:A reliable method of determination for Ti in nano, submicro-PE composite food package has been developed. The two methods of pretreatment were compared and microwave digestion was optimized by trialling different acid mixtures. The detective methods of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) were compared, matrix effect was evaluated. The proposed methodologies were effective for the determination of Ti in samples of composite food packages.Chapter 5:An analytical method based on ICP-MS for the determination of Ti in the food simulants (3% (w/v) aqueous acetic acid and 50% (v/v) aqueous ethanol) has been established. The effects of times, temperatures, size of NPs and added additives were discussed for migration. The NPs morphologies in packaging and food stimulant were characterized using SEM,AFM and LPSA.Chapter 6:The main innovation and guiding significance for actual detection of this paper were summarized and the prospects of these aspects were made for expectation.
