| With the development of exploitation percent and mineral mechanization level, numerical measure of high temperature mine is increasingly augment and damaging degree with hyperthermia is becoming more and more severe. The theory of mine cooling system is developing quickly. Although the large refrigeration units can provide sufficient cooling capacity, the development of mine air condenser is unable to keep pace with the demands. Especially we have not formed finalize product. The research of new mine air condenser needs to be solved as soon as possible.This paper independently researches and develops a new type of auto-cleaning mine condenser combing with the demands of mine cooling which has these characters as small size, big cooling capacity, auto-cleaning, automatic monitoring and operating, convenient to move and installation. This paper mainly analyses the current mine cooling system's demands to the air cooling equipments and has completed these jobs as follows:it selects a new type of auto-cleaning mine condenser by analyzing the structure and feature of the current air condenser and the relevant accessories and materials; it does some theoretical calculations to the cooling capacity of the equipment and has determined the related technical parameters of the new auto-cleaning mine air condensers, and meanwhile it has designed the automatic sprinkler system and automatic control systems of the mine air condenser; it analyzes the role of the mine air condenser in underground cooling system and how to choose the mine air condenser reasonably, and expounds its effective assignment form when the working face is cooling down; it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of this product by comparing with the similar products and provides basis for subsequent research and development; it does some preliminary analysis on the market of the new auto-cleaning mine air condenser to point out the demands of the market and demonstrate the development feasibility of this product. |
