With the continuous exploitation of mineral resources in China, shallow deposits and reserves are being consumed constantly, forcing most mines to mine deep or complex ore. With the increase of mining depth, the original rock temperature continues to rise, and mine ventilation is also more difficult. Heat hazard in mine becomes the important disaster of deep mining, impacting on safety in production of mine and health of workers serious. In the light of this situation, I put forward the research on metal mine geothermal distribution and its control.The Hongtoushan copper-zinc mine, mining depth more than 1200 meters, is typical deep mining metal mines in China. Air temperature of some working surface is up to 30℃, and heat harm has begun to show, that metal mines in China are facing the problem.Based on the analysis of related literature both at home and abroad, we test the temperature distribution of Hongtoushan Mine and reach the geothermal distribution regular pattern; this passage discusses ventilation cooling mechanism, and reach a conclusion that airflow temperature through a laneway is related with initial temperature, original rock temperature, tunnel size, and airflow velocity; We establish three-dimensional ventilation system model, and calculate wind temperature of the existing ventilation system, putting forward a series of feasible measures to control mine heat hazard.According to simulation results of Hongtoushan Copper-Zinc Mine, we optimize ventilation system, so that airflow can be sent to working surface. On the basis of it, combined with the actual situation of mine, we put forward the application of circulating ventilation technology, that polluted air is purified, cooled and sent to mining working surface. Considering the long-term development of mine, we constructively propose to construct new air shaft in east of mine. In this way, it could reduce flowing airway, and improve work environment in the mine.
