At present,most of China ’s coal mines have entered a period of deep horizontal mining.With the increase of mining depth,the ground temperature increases,and the exothermic effect of other heat sources makes the number of mines threatened by high temperature increasing.The implementation of mine cooling is imminent.This paper focuses on the design and research of the mine cooling control system in Guobei Coal Mine.A set of mine cooling control system is customized for the controlled object and instrument parameters in the cooling system process of Guobei Coal Mine.The traditional control strategy is optimized.Firstly,this thesis introduces the formation mechanism of mine heat damage in Guobei Coal Mine,calculates the required cooling capacity,designs the centralized cooling process flow combined with the cooling capacity of the working face,selects the appropriate refrigeration unit and designs a complete set of cooling capacity transportation process and related auxiliary equipment.According to the control requirements of the process object,an automatic control system with S7-300 PLC as the core is designed.The control schematic diagram of the controlled object is designed,and the temperature transmitter,pressure transmitter,flowmeter,etc.needed for the process flow are determined.The I /O address point table is allocated,the PLC hardware is selected,and the appropriate communication module is selected for the complete set of equipment that cannot be directly controlled.Complete the design of the control cabinet,and perform hardware installation and wiring.Simantic Step7 is used as the lower software development platform to complete the writing of the lower control program.WINCC 7.4 is used as the upper human-computer interaction platform to configure the human-computer interaction interface to realize the control of the whole system by the operator.Combined with the project,the controlled equipment is debugged on a single machine and the system is debugged.The overall operation of the equipment is reliable and stable,and the cooling design is expected.The traditional PID control has the characteristics of large hysteresis and strong coupling due to the terminal substation,and the effect of the PID parameters is not ideal.The PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed and simulated.The dynamic performance and static performance are superior to the traditional PID control algorithm.Figure [56] Table [16] References [81]...
