The paper regards THE DRESS CODE as the theoretical basis, collecting and comprehensive analyzing the relevant literature. By systematically combing and summarizing the authoritative document about THE DRESS CODE from different countries, of which Suit, Blazer, Jacket three important documents were studied and reorganize.THE DRESS CODE gentleman culture originated in the United Kingdom, developed in the United States and systematized in Japan. So the authoritative documents this paper refers to are all from the developed countries, such as UK, America and Japan. In THE DRESS CODE system, it is divided into three types, formal dress, informal dress and outdoor clothing. Informal dress is worn in most opportunities of daily life among, and also be the most stable and extensive international dress, is called a classic for the public service and business successful people. The whole informal dress system is subdivided into Suit, Blazer and Jacket. In three categories, each category is translated, read, analyzed and sorted of the paper title, historical background, style allocation, shape factor, the standard collocation, social rule and other aspects and conducted extensive case studies.Modern social civilization and the workplace dress code that born out of culture of the English gentleman, they embodied in the Suit, Blazer and Jacket.
