The method for the determination ofβ2-agonists residues in liver and meat of pig by HPLC/MS-MS (High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry) has been developed. All of P 2-agonists in this project are salbutamol, terbutaline, cimaterol, cimbuterol, ractompamine, clenbuterol, bromobuterol, isoxsuprine, mabuterol, mapenterol, bromclenbuterol. The sample was extracted in acetate buffer of pH 5.2 and extraction was hydrolyzed byβ-Glucuronidase/aryl sulfatase. Then the protein was precipitated with HCIO4. The supernatant was passed through a SCX cation exchange column (MCX,3cc,60mg), Clenbuterol-D9 & Salbutamol-D3was used as an internal standard, and then elevenβ2-agonists can be determined at one time. The experimental results from spiked liver sample indicated that the average recoveries of external ranged from 31.26%-79.88% and the recoveries ranged from 89.4%-110.5% and the RSD were 1.1%-2.8%. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.5ng/g.
