The development of modern textile science and technology increasingly integrates with the development of global economy, which makes the province's textile industry develop rapidly. Seamless underwear knitting machine is a mechanical and electrical integrated and intensive controled, designed to weave a seamless whole forming high-grade knitted underwear. Seamless underwear products sweet the world because it's personal, flexible, comfortable, and form a underwear fashion trend. Foreign companies such as Italian Santoni are committed to the pursuit of technological innovation and improve seamless knitting technology, whose seamless underwear knitting machine products on behalf of the world's highest level of seamless knitting technology. The late development of the domestic seamless knitting industry, lower level of seamless underwear knitting machine, the absorption and copy of foreign technology, and poor stability and reliability of the machine are the reasons which make it necessary to deepen the study of seamless underwear knitting machine to improve domestic seamless underwear knitting machine design and narrow the gap with foreign advanced technology. The study of seamless underwear knitting machines is also the need for the development of modern knitting industry, with good practical significance.In this thesis, we basically study the advanced seamless underwear knitting machine and the whole forming technology, focusing on analysis of seamless underwear knitting machine into a ring body structure principle and weaving; trying to use ADAMS virtual prototyping technology to study the ring Dynamics Analysis of modeling and motion simulation, and obtained with triangular needle Kinematic Analysis of the results of the force; studying the effectiveness and necessity of seamless underwear knitting machine into a circle sector application of modern design methods; exploring the key knitting square design optimization. The main thesis as follows:(1)Analysis the triangular loop system on existing machine, determine the rational parameters and process conditions, to provide accurate process parameters to ensure the modeling results correct and practical.(2)Analysis and study the ring-structure principle and weaving technique of seamless underwear knitting machine, study the different knitting tracks and weaving conditions, calculate the key points during the ring structure principle.(3)Study the knitting needles and triangle elastic dynamics, try to use ADAMS virtual prototyping technology to analysis the modeling dynamic and motion simulation, then get the analysis result of kinematic and triangular needle force status. Explore the optimization methods of key knitting needles and triangular design, simulate the design of virtual prototype model through compose the ADMAS and the lowest point of the stability of the yarn and test the feasibility.(4)Analysis and study the ring weaving process and conditions, in-depth study and analysis the process conditions of the constant tension elastic yarn feeding and the mechanical model; study the process conditions of structural weaving start and end and the weaving technology; research Jacquard weaving technology; and then further improve the reliability of knitting into a circle.Paper is carried out based on the experimental study and theoretical analysis, and is reached expected completion of research, the findings help to further improve the domestic seamless underwear knitting machine stability and reliability of the movement.
