Research On The Design Of Intelligent Underwear Based On Seamless Knitting Technology

This research focuses on the aesthetic design of seamless smart underwear and adheres to problem-oriented solutions to the needs.In recent years,the process of intelligent development is changing rapidly,the clothing industry is gradually transforming and upgrading,smart clothing is expanding and smart lingerie is derived from it.The development of intelligent technology is growing by the day,but there is still a gap in intelligent underwear that meets people’s aesthetic needs.On the one hand,due to the national health call of the times,people are paying more and more attention to health campaigns,and more attention to women’s health under the guidance of the people-oriented concept,so the functional design aesthetic requirements for underwear are increasing.On the other hand,seamless lingerie meets the demand for comfort,but also combines safety technology that is far ahead of development and follows the trend of intelligent orientation,making the beautiful long-cherished dream of synergistic transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as seamless knitting and garment manufacturing increasingly perfect.This research topic is therefore divided into four parts.The first part is a relevant overview of seamless knitting and smart underwear.It briefly describes their definition and classification,analyses their latest development status and summarises the intelligent design solutions of seamless products and international brands.The second part of the presentation describes the close connection between seamless knitting technology and smart lingerie.It traces the intrinsic link between seamless knitting technology and lingerie,illustrates how seamless and smart lingerie are closely related in terms of size inclusive design and health and comfort design,and illustrates that seamless smart lingerie is in line with future design trends.The third part of the exhibition is about building a design methodology for seamless smart underwear.A multi-dimensional design concept for seamless smart underwear is built from three aspects: functionality,comfort and aesthetics.The functional design revolves around intelligent functional fabrics,intelligent temperature regulating heating elements and functional structure design,while the comfort and aesthetic design focuses on style pioneering design,colour clash design and texture empowerment design.In the fourth part,five sets of seamless smart underwear creative series designs were completed and tested and evaluated through design practice.Under the human-centred concept,the three stages of the feminine care perspective were briefly described and the basic design illustrations were drawn up according to the needs to create a seamless temperature-sensitive smart underwear that is leak-proof,heated,detachable and temperature-regulated.If technology is the backbone,design is the plan,the two complement each other and test each other.
