| Waste PMMA scrap recycling industry is mainly waste MMA recycling. It belongs to the waste recycling industry and it's in conformity with the circular economy policy. It has better environmental, economic and social benefits. However, due to lacking of overall planning, enterprise distribution unreasonable and extensive production and management at the beginning of enterprises development, it makes serious pollution. Present, air discharge standards and ambient air quality standards about MMA haven't been established. And integrated discharge standards which have untargeted for this industry can't control air pollutants discharge from the waste PMMA scrap recycling industry very well. Under this background, this paper investigates the related air pollutant discharge standards of waste PMMA scrap recycling industry.The domestic and international discharge standards related with waste PMMA scrap recycling industry was studied fully and deeply in this paper. Discharge standard of air pollutants for waste PMMA scrap recycling industry (Draft) is established by understanding production process, pollution control technology, analyzing on the status of pollutant discharge and environmental impact of waste PMMA scrap recycling industry. The pollution factors and corresponding discharge limits of waste PMMA scrap recycling industry was determined. The pollution factors are MMA, methanol, and the stench. And it has analyzed the environment and economic and technical feasibility. Existing enterprises, new enterprises and unorganized discharge limits respectively are, MMA: 30mg/L, 25mg/L, 1.0mg/L; methanol: 45mg/L, 30mg/L, 1.0mg/L; odor concentration (dimensionless): 3000mg/L, 2000mg/L, 20mg/L. The standard is advanced and creative to first put forward the discharge limits of MMA. It is scientific, targeted and feasible. And it's useful to establish discharge standards for other related industries. |
