The loading mechine of roadheader is the main working part. It is used to cellect and load and transport the coal and rock to the receiving part of scraper conveyer. Then the working proess of roadheader is done. The productivity and efficiency of loading machine have great affect on its operating performance. So the study on operating performance of loading machine is the biasis to improve its operating performance.This article shows the dynamics analysis simulation of star wheel in brake-roating condition by ANSYS and dynamic characteristic and dynamic response rule of star wheel. Optimization design of star wheel gear teeth is shown by gradient projection an MATLAB.The main work is as follows:(1)The different structure and form of star wheel are given out by analysis situs theory.(2)Process while star wheel pushing materials and force analysis can be seen.(3)Optimization design of star wheel size is designed with dynamic characteristic of star wheel. |
