| Emergency food transportation is an important part of emergency food logistics. In natural disaster, it is crucial to transport emergency food to place required with quality and quantity required before time limit required. This paper could provide theoretical references to process and optimization of emergency food logistics, and practical strategy to decision maker for optimization of emergency plan, which could promote the efficiency of emergency food logistics. Therefore,this paper has both theoretical and practical value.(1)In this paper, through a large number of literature search, risk identification and evaluation methods of supply chain and logistics was studied, the characteristics of emergency food logistics was researched, and scope of application, constraint conditions and optimization of various transportation models were analyzed.(2)In this paper, disadvantages of existing emergency food logistics system in China was analyzed, then a new one which involved emergency food logistics system and emergency food logistics security system was proposed to optimize transportation plans.(3)In this paper, according to literature research and logical-inference, general factors which could influence emergency food transportation risk were identified, and their mutual relationships were analyzed on the basis of their hierarchical structure by interpretative structural modeling method. Then the weight of each factor's influence on transportation risk was obtained to measure risk.(4)In this paper, to establish preventive measures of emergency food in the natural disaster scientific and economical, consider two indexes, the risk probability and the risk loss comprehensive, rooted on the weight of index in the influencing factor weight table in chapter three, analysis the risk probability according to the risk score in concretely transportation scheme. Take the risk species, transportation postponed, intermit duration time, the number and the health status of the survivor and the disaster rescuer into consideration, and figure out risk loss score. Then multiply the data of risk probability and risk loss score, to reflect the risk situation of concretely transportation scheme. (5)In this paper, on the basis of the transportation risk factor analysis, hypothesize the transportation problems ground for the actual situation rationality, deliberate the influence of risk factors, put forward a transportation scheme optimization model of emergency food in the natural disaster, which assists with detailed example. |
