| The dissertation researches flexible adaptive energy saving system of pumping unit, the whole system is based on a novel feasible control strategy. The oil pumping unit load is real-time tracked and the voltage and speed of motor are real-time regulated with the load, the voltage and speed of motor can be finally flexible with pumping unit load, so the overall pumping unit efficiency of work is improved, energy saving objective can be reached. Once the oil wells oil-supplied reduced ability, the energy saving system takes a fast sucker slowly lower energy-saving operational mode. Not only the energy consumption of pumping unit is reduced, but also the oil production is increased.In this dissertation, firstly, introduces our oil pumping unit of low efficiency and high energy consumption. Compared with foreign, our pumping unit energy saving potential is tremendous, and some main energy saving methods of the pumping unit at present in our country is enumerated to discuss the advantages and limitations of the energy saving methods.Secondly, through the theory on the voltage and speed of motor, it is fully proved that the energy-saving objective in theory can be realized by this energy saving system can be realized. On this basis, to introduce the theory about wells dynamic liquid surface and the creation and control of SPWM wave below are analyzed and introduced, it is theoretically paved the way for the discussion about the selection and realization of the fast sucker slowly lower operational mode of energy saving system and the system control unit hardware.Thirdly, the hardware design of the flexible adaptive energy saving system is expounded, the rectifier inverter is mainly realized by the main circuit, amplitude frequency adjustable of alternating current is outputted; the core of the control unit is which through AT89C51 cooperates with three-phase PWM pulse width modulation occurred chip SA8282 to control trigger IGBT, the flexible adaptive energy saving control operation is realized; the periphery circuit of the energy saving system is composed of the driving circuit, current and voltage protection circuit, electricity parameter acquisition circuit constitute, these ensure that the system can secure and stable operation.Finally, the simulation model of the system energy-saving operational mode is established by Matlab/Simulink. The results of motor load torque changes with the load characteristics and the system under fast sucker slowly lower energy saving operation mode of pumping unit are received. Through the above about the system modeling and simulation of the energy-saving operational modes, the feasibility of the control strategy to the flexible adaptive energy saving system is verified feasible. |
