As the result of this, the petroleum industry has become a high risk industry in accident. Then the monitoring interface isn't to monitor the whole reaction from danger, but also to improve the reaction. In this paper, the interface of polypropylene polymerization production process is designed based on the kingview.This system will be finished by four steps. First, according to monitor system requirements and realizing function analysis, the production process is blocked including the display of retention and points. The polymerization of polypropylene production process is divided into contact, preparing to polymerization, polymerization and buffer polymerization. It chooses temperature, pressure, flow rate and concentration to display. Second, after completed basic interface display, the secondary development is developed. The basic system interface including main frame (namely four block pictures), alarm frame, real-time trend frame, statements frame, etc, and on this basis to further undertake beautification and animation design. Third, the data connection is tested. At last, to improve the whole design, it can add permissions design, voice alarm, network transmission, etc, which are based on the man-machine interface design principle.The system is designed on the basis of program modules and the independent development of program modules connected with kingview, which integrates control design, database technology, computer network connection technique as a whole. The interface includes dynamic data display, alarming, data-browsing and report generation and printing functions of polypropylene polymerization of the production process with very good user-interface. |
