Positioning methods used in the positioning system before can only detect the position in a small range, so they belong to the rough position. During the motorcycle operation, the driver can not know other locomotives'location that leads to car accidents probably. In order to solve the problem, this paper has a research on coal mine motor vehicle monitoring system based on the precise positioning technology.The paper uses inertial navigation technology for the first time in the underground vehicle location system. Through gyroscopes and accelerometers inertial navigation technology can accurately determine the coordinate and speed of the vehicle. This method can improve the positioning accuracy. Because of the special environment, the system uses the wireless high-power RF module based on CC1100 for transmitting the data underground, and uses RS-458 bus to communicate between the underground and ground. The software Kingview is used to simulate the environment, by receiving the data information to dynamically display locomotives'position and other information, and has a powerful database and alarm function, which can realize remote monitoring. The voice communication system is a new voice compression coding / decoding method based on the AMBE-1000. This method can make the digital voice signal highly compressed to save the data storage space, and is conducive to use in the underground environment.Through the practical application in the coal mine, this system can achieve precise positioning monitoring, accurate alarm, clear voice communication and other functions. At the same time, this system has the advanced technology, stable performance, reliable, easy maintenance and many other features. It can protect the safe transportation of motor vehicle, improve production efficiency and economic benefits. So the coal mine locomotive monitoring and management system is very important for the coal mine's modern development. |
