Study On Oil Security And Evaluation Index System Under The Trend Of Energy Financial Integration In China

As an important part of the energy,oil is essential to the world economic as like the "blood ". Almost all the countries regarded the oil security as the heart of the national energy strategy. How to timely discovery the oil security trouble and how to avoid? At last ensure the oil security is a shared concern.Now, China's oil security faces two status.On the one hand, as China's oil consumption rapidly growing and oil external dependence continuously expanding, China's oil security problems become more and more stiffer. On the other hand, as energy financial integration strengthening, the oil security is increasing influenced by financial market,and meanwhile it has the concealment characteristics of the outbreak. In this background, this paper studied the evaluation index system of China's present oil consumption safety problems.The paper is divided into five chapters in accordance with the "definition of security properties-influencing factors-Evaluation System" analysis framework.In Chapter 1, the part introduces the domestic and foreign oil security theory, the energy and financial integration theory and the oil security evaluation theory.Chapter 2, The part defines the nature of the China's oil consumption safety problem under the actual situation of China's oil consumption and he trend of energy financial integration. Security of the oil price volatility has become the main contradiction of our oil consumption safety, This is the nature of China's oil security at the present stage.Chapter 3, The part describes the trend of energy financialintegration, including the connotation and extension. On this basis, the part organize the forms of the energy financial integration in the world and China,then analysis energy financial integration's impaction and its main factor's impaction on the oil prices.Chapter 4 The part constructes present stage evaluation index system of China's oil security based on the previous two chapters.It regards the oilconsumption safety as the goal, regards the safety of the oil supply and demand,the oil price fluctuations as the guidelines, regards some core indicators of oil and financial as the indexes.Chapter 5,The part uses the Delphi and AHP method evaluated the China's oil security in 2010,and give some policy recommendations on this status.Finally,Intruoduct the full text's conclusions.
