With the challenge of global warming, the international community has paid more attention to the impacts of climate change and energy-saving emission reduction. Transition to low-carbon economy is the world's economic trends. Planning and construction process in the community, by changing the traditional model of development, consumption patterns and lifestyles, the use of building energy-saving technologies, and direction for the development of low-carbon development, methods and technology for development in carbon, is the main way to low carbon community construction.This thesis is based on low-carbon economic theory and theory of sustainable development, applying the theory of systems engineering related content for the analysis of community-building system and application management system, building the low carbon communities build systems and low-carbon communities using management system. Combined with Carbon Footprint, establish the community development carbon footprint assessment model.Chapter one: elaborate research aims and significance of papers, as well as support the theoretical basis of this study and basic methods that are used under the guidance of the theoretical framework, as well as the status and development trend of research in this area.Chapter two: discuss the basic concepts of low-carbon communities build systems, presented the Community definition of a low-carbon construction system, analyzed the main characteristics of low-carbon communities build systems, followed by building a low carbon community planning and design of subsystems, low-carbon communities building construction of subsystem, low-carbon communities facilities construction of subsystem, designed a general framework for low-carbon communities build systems.Chapter three: analyze the community activities on management of low-carbon, thereby building a low carbon community management system. Followed by building a low carbon community building using the subsystem, low carbon facilities management subsystem, a low-carbon communities households subsystems subsystem public.Chapter four: based on low carbon construction system and the use and management system of community, built on the basis of building a low carbon community carbon footprint appraisal model for construction, and projects carried out by combining empirical analysis, crowned community building low carbon strategy advice. Finally, this research has made conclusions and prospects.
