Study On Ecological Compensation On The Basis Of Environmental Ethics

In summing up the past have been freely using the erroneous ideas of the ecologicalresources, the people began to realize the necessity of compensation for the use of ecologicalresources.Ecological compensation as an important measure of the ecological construction, especiallyin the backdrop of the concept of scientific development, harmonious society, the new ruralconstruction and ecological civilization, ecological compensation for carrying the meaning andvalue can not simply be an eco-building measures. Ecological compensation implies toreconfigure the relationship between people, to adjust for people to treat the natural socialmechanisms to solve the problems of ecological deterioration. In a way, the ecologicalcompensation has gone beyond the boundaries of some simple measures, implies a new value tothe pursuit of the human re-look at the natural and the situation of Environmental Ethics, is theinevitable choice of the construction of ecological civilization.Ecological compensation theory research and practice of ecological compensation, there is acertain lag and inadequate. Research on the basic theory of the ecological compensation,especially deep-seated values and value-oriented research is not deep enough for ecologicalcompensation, these deficiencies can lead to ecological compensation problems in practice, andeven to the opposite value targets, so analysis of the basic theory of environmental ethics of thecurrent ecological compensation is essential.This paper focuses on how to properly treat theinterests of the moral relationship between man and nature, from nature is valuable to think aboutwhether the interests of fair and "nature-people-Social Perspective, and whether theachievement of sustainable development of three aspects to discuss the ethical basis of ecologicalcompensation environment, and to explore ways to achieve ethical spirit. The study is dividedinto the following four parts:Part I: Overview of ecological compensation type of connotation, in principle, as well ascompensation, compare the link between ecological compensation and environmental ethics;Part â…¡: This paper describes the basic theory of environmental ethics based on ecologicalcompensation. Ecological economics, resource economics and the theory as a starting point, combined with theoretical studies of environmental ethics and to explore the ecologicalcompensation environment ethical basis;Part III: analysis of the environmental ethics of ecological compensation basis. By analyzingthe natural value theory, the theory of environmental justice and sustainable development theory,combined with the basic principles of ecological compensation, to find out the agreement withthe theory of environmental ethics.
