It is well known that the material property can get obviously improved by grainrefinement. Multiple constrained compression is an effective method which can getultrafine grained block material. After multi-pass multiple constrained compression, wecan obtain enough strain, and the grains become fine and uniform.In this work, multiple constrained compression and direct cold rolling were rolled todifferent various deformation degrees Some samples went through recrystallizationalannealing.The rule of1050commercial-purity aluminium between microstructure andproperties have been studied by means of optical microscope (OM), transmission electronmicroscope (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and so on.Bulky equiaxed grain in the original plate grain gradually turns into long strips aftermultiple constrained compression. When the true strain value reached0.8, a lot ofdislocation appeared and entangled into dislocation cells. Dislocation cell size andelongation decreaser, the misorientation of dissociation distance, the yield strength andtensile strength increase, as deflections increase. Wnen the true stain reachesd3.6andannealing temperature belowed the204℃, thesample have occurred recovery. Whenannealing temperature exceeded204℃, recrystallization have occurred and ended before371℃. The recrystallization grain size increases with increasing the temperature. Themain texture after multiple constrained compression is β-fiber texture. the intensities ofβ-fiber texture weakened and cube strengthened as annealing temperature rose. The maintexture includes intense cube and weak R texture after recrystallization. The tensilestrength increases with deflections increasing. The tensile strength of sample after multipleconstrained compression is greater than the one after cold rolling at the same elongation.The grain shape is narrower as the deflections increase, the intensities of β-fiber texturestrengthenes and cube texture weakenes.When deflections increase and annealingtemperature at371℃, the recrystallization grain size decreases, the intensitiesof R textureincreases, the cube texture first increased, then decreased.
