| High Purity aluminum foils are the key raw materials for the anode of high voltage electrolytic capacitors, the content of capacitance is affected by the cube texture intensity in aluminum foils. The stronger the cube texture is, the higher content of capacitance is. In order to obtain the stronger cube texture {001}<100>, many researches on the texture formation in this field have been made, especially in recent years. However all of the achievements are obtained under the condition of symmetrical rolling. In this thesis, the behavior of micro-orientation flow of high purity aluminum foils by cross shear rolling was studied in order to obtain the strongest cube texture.In this thesis, the high purity aluminum foil provided by ZhongHe Aluminum Manufacture Factory of Xinjiang was made by two different production technology, one have intermediate annealing in production process, the other not. The two kinds of aluminum foil were both cold rolled with and without tension by different speed ratio, and subsequent annealed by the same technological method. The X-ray texture analysis was performed for various specimens. Combining the results, we investigated the effects of several technological parameters on the cold rolling texture and recrystallization texture of the high purity aluminum foils by cross shear rolling.The research results show that the texture of cross shear rolling and the symmetric rolling is mainly consisted by S, C and B, but there is difference in the content because of different strength performance of grain between cross shear rolling and the symmetric rolling.Under the condition of cross shear rolling without tension, the S, C and B texture have similar trend and cubeã€rotation-cube texture have similar trend with the increase of speed ratio, the content of Goss texture always retain low level. Under the condition of cross shear rolling with tension, the change trend of texture between the fast side and slow side is same with the increase of speed ratio. High speed ratio make against high content of recrystallization texture. The content of cold rolling texture of aluminum foil with intermediate annealing can reach maximum at the speed ratio1.06, and the content of cube texture also reach maximum at this speed ratio after recrystallization annealing.The content of cold rolling texture of aluminum foil without intermediate annealing is higher than that of the aluminum foil with intermediate annealing, therefore the content of cube texture of aluminum foil without intermediate annealing is higher than that of the aluminum foil with intermediate annealing. |
