High purity aluminum foil is the main materials of high voltage electrolytic capacitor anode foil, capacitor with high {001}<100> cubic texture components and uniform organization can have large capacitor specific surface by electrochemical corrosion without improving the volume, so organization uniformity and cubic texture are two important factors to influence specific capacitance in anode aluminum foil. In the actual production of high purity aluminum foil, when the rolling deformation process is determinate, the cubic texture content can improve mainly by controlling annealing process and improving organization’s uniformity. So it has important theoretical significance and practical value to systematically analyze the influence of annealing process on the microstructure and understand the evolution of material microstructure and texture in high purity aluminum foil.Based on the high purity aluminum foil, in the rolling process, adopting additional intermediate annealing and no additional annealing, researched the impact of different annealing temperature, final annealing heating mode and heating rate on microstructure and texture in high purity aluminum foil, the foils were observed by some modern microscopic analysis methods and technologies, such as metallography, X-ray diffraction and electron back scattering diffraction analysis technology to analysis the recrystallization nucleation and growth rule, grain size and distribution, grain orientation and evolution law of texture. The result prove that : 1, In the rolling process, recrystallization will happen both in fixed temperature lofting process and heating with stove process(180℃/h) in high purity aluminum foil without intermediate annealing, the grain that has {001}<100> direction nucleate preferentially and become the main organization; 2, Grain in high purity aluminum foil would singularly grow up while in fixed temperature lofting process, while in heating with stove process the grain is small and organization is uniform; 3, In high purity aluminum foil annealing process, heated in the intermediate annealing temperature 175℃ and 190℃ for 2 hours, under the condition of the same final annealing technology, the organization of 175 ℃ x2 h intermediate annealing temperature is more uniform and cubic texture is more; 4, Under the same rolling and intermediate annealing process, as final annealing heating rate increase, recrystallization grain size become smaller and the cubic texture decreases.
