| N-[2-hydroxy-3-octadecylamidine] propyl trimethyl ammonium was synthesized by octadecylamine,epichlorohydrin and trimethylamine. The test results of emulsified asphalt showed that the emulsified asphalt was stable more than 5d. When the amount of emulsifier was 0.5% of the emulsified asphalt,the breaking time was 191s and the content of residue by evaporation was 50%。N-[3– dodecyl polyoxy- ethylene (9) -2-hydroxy] propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was synthesized by polyoxyethlene,epichlorohydrin and trimethy lamine. The test results of emulsified asphalt showed that the emulsified asphalt was stable in 5d. When the amount of emulsifier was 2.5% of emulsified asphalt, the breaking time was 149s and the content of residue by evaporation was 51%。1,3-{N-[3-dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether(9)-2-dydroxy] propyl }dimethyl was synthesized by polyoxyethylene, epichlorohydrin, dimethylamine and 1,3-dibromopropane. The test results of emulsified asphalt showed that the emulsified asphalt was stable in 5d. When the amount of emulsifier was 2.5% of the emulsified asphalt, the content of residue by evaporation was 53%。The compound emulsifier made through blending N-[2-hydroxy-3-octadecyl amidine] propyltrimethyl ammonium(A) and lignin quaternary ammonium(B) or A and N-[2-hydroxy-3-dodecyl polyoxyethylene(9)] propyl trimethyl ammonium(C) can emulsify asphalt well. When the amount of compound emulsifier AB and AC was 0.4% of emulsifier asphalt,the storage stability was well.. |
