| At present, it is disturbing the coal mining personnel and limiting the development of the coal industry in our country that all the accidents, mine gas explosion, certain concentration coal dust ignited, leakage in the mine, fire, roof of mine collapsed and the joint chains of devastating accidents caused many injuries were killed. According to statistics, Chinese medium-sized coal mine's deaths always lasts each year more than 0.5 per millesimaleach year, while the mortality rate of the world's major coal-producing countries is around 0.2 per millesimal recent year.Thanks to strict safety regulations of foreign goverment, life-saving equipment have been developed mature. Canada and some countris so far has produced several generations of life-saving equipment. While, mine rescue equipment's manufactue in our country has been settde up a mature system till 2006. But, there are still many problems on mine rescue capsule performance testing, evaluation, assessment, etc. Therefore, the development of a test system for mine rescue capsule becomes particularly important.The research purpose of my topic is to develop a set of testing system of rescue capsule, that is, it can substitute for real people getting into the capsule to get necessary data and can detect real-time content of the poisonous gas and harmful gas in the capsule. We choose the Siemens PLC system as a core controlling unit, and mak a research about manufacturing a equipment which can simulate ventilator. With the principle of human respiratory metabolism, we design a set of gas system, simulated human breath. The PID of PLC control loop is used to adjust hardware modules to getting the ratio of human breath. We restructure a radiant heater and a human imitation air humidifier, and use PLC to control its switch. At the same time, PLC acquires the detecting data from gas analyzer to the host computer. We can control the equipment in the system by manual.This paper describes the overall life-saving capsule testing system designing, the connection of external gas canisters, the circuit design, working principle and the control of various parts. Give a brief introduction to the principle and mechanical structure of the breathing machine, mimicking heaters, humidifiers. Explains how to use the Siemens S7-300PLC programming software to program, the communication of configuration to the S7-300PLC and the design of interface comunication.After the improvement of a hardware system, software debugging and compared to test data of real person testing, analysis shows that the system is essential to meet the design requirements, with good performance of continuous working, and better stability. |
