Horizontal Centrifugal Concentrator Control System

Not only can solve the difficulty of ejecting mineral but also can make automatic control by advanced industrial control technology.Frequency-variation speed adjustment technology is large-scale used in the field of industrial motor drive with the development of power electronics technology and control technology. PLC is often used for the equipment of field data acquisition and instrument control because of its powerful function, easy-to-use, high reliability. Configuration software on a PC can be developed into a good man-machine interface, and it can make "smart" control through PLC automation equipment.The core of the paper is frequency-variation speed adjustment technology and monitoring-control system been made up of PLC and KingView software, based on the core, it is introduced to upper and lower spaces machine automatic control system design of the basic concepts and methods, and by the example of horizontal centrifugal concentration machine, detailed designed the horizontal centrifugal concentrator machine automatic control system based on the inverter, PLC, Kingview software. The first, by the relevant knowledge of horizontal centrifugal concentration machine and motor control and the requirements of the control, the design concepts which the upper machine is made up of PC and kingView software and lower machine is made up of PLC and inverters is been put forward. The second, the basic principles of frequency-variation speed adjustment technology and PLC is introduced. The last, the design programmes of the horizontal centrifugal concentrator control system, the detailed design of frequency control system, the control system design of being made up of PLC and KingView software is described.In this paper, based on horizontal centrifugal concentrator mineral processing characteristics, and successfully put forward the control system which apply frequency-variation speed adjustment in horizontal centrifugal concentration machine, horizontal centrifugal concentration machine with large inertia can be braked quickly because inverter's good braking functions, this can meet the processing requirements and solve difficulty of ejecting mineral, and save a lot of water. Enterprise production managers can real- time master the production site online production data by the real-time monitoring systems of being made up of PLC and KimgView-based PC.
