Triorganotin compounds has been one of the important research areas for their bioactive application. Lots of researches indicated that their activity mainly depend on the alkyls and the ligands. In order to systematically discusses triorganotin compounds'structure-activity relationship, this paper synthesised and determined a series of triorganotin compounds containing silicon at different concentration of citrus. (1)Bu(Me3SiCH2)2SnCl (2) [Bu(Me3SiCH2)2Sn]2O (3)Bu2(Me3SiCH2) SnCOOAr Ar=C6H4Cl-o, C6H4NO2-m, CeH4Cl-p (4)Cy2 (Me3SiCH2) SnCOOAr Ar=C6H4Cl-o, C6H4NO2-m, C6H4Cl-p, C6H4Me3-pThe structures of the compounds were primarily characterized by IR,1HNMR. Results showed that the structure characteristics of these compounds were consisted with the main structure information of organotin componds containing silicon.For the panonychus citri, all the compounds had the high activity compared with azocyclotin. The compound that had the highest toxicity were those that contained NO2 substituent on the phenyl ring (LC50=5.3897mg/L), and the least effective compounds contained the NH2 substituent (LC50=23.4491mg/L). Toxicity was dependent on both the the alkyls and the ligands.This paper also analyzed the influence of substituent of triorganotin compounds' activity according to the research of synthesis and panonychus citri activity, provide basis for designing new acaricide.
