Some of them were used as insecticide, bactericide and acaricide in agriculture. Study on trialkytin compounds shows their biologic activity varies with alkyl. Toxicity of trialkytin compounds is very high. Studies show if one of the carbon atoms is placed by a silicon atom in the moleculars, the products can keep high biologic activity and minimize their toxicity. Some of mixed triorganotin compounds have multi-biologic activity. At present, multi-biologic activity and low toxicity mixed triorganotin compounds containing silicon have not been synthesized. In order to study deeply on the relationships between the structure of mixed trialkyltin and their biologic activities, so find multi-biologic activity and low toxicity mixed triorganotin compounds containing silicon. These compounds were characterized by IR, !H NMR, 13C NMR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay tests demonstrated that these compounds have a good sterilization and antiacarid activity.
