The printing and dyeing industry consumes large amount of water and emits large amount of pollutants in our country. Therefore, waste water reuse in printing and dyeing enterprise is imperative. This study takes a typical chemical fiber knitting dyeing factory as an object. Different wastewater reuse plans are designed according to the survey about the water supply and drainage of the enterprise.. The economic and technical feasibility of the reuse plans are analyzed. The main study contents and results are as follows:(1) Inventory analysis was adapted to monitor and analyze inlet and outlet water quantity and quality of each working procedure; The wastewater optimization reuse program was designed according to the monitoring and analysis results,and the feasibility is also involved in.(2) The optimization reuse schemes are as follows:①The condensed water which was produced in the production process were all reused as boiler production water;②All the cooling water was reused as stain water after the water was softened;③The cleaning wastewater can be reused after simple precipitation processing;④The first cold washing water in the printing process can be reused for preparation of printing paste material,the third cold washing water can be reused for dyeing cloth cold washing water after the waste water mixture with the fresh water by 1:1;⑤The water from sewage plant can be reused by advanced treatment. In the process of recovering gas oil produced by high-temperature stereotype machines, cooling the hot smoke can transfer the waste heat to the water, recycling the waste heat in the gas;recycling the waste heat in the waste water by reuse the condensed water.The Over one-time investment of the condensed water,cooling water,cleaning water,the first cold washing and the third cold washing water in the printing process can be received by the economic feasibility of all the reuse scheme,the cost is 4500yuan,8100yuan,9900yuan and 8415yuan;The Processing costs of the cleaning wastewater is 2112 yuan/a. The total investment of the advanced treatment facilities is 484500yuan,the investment of the pipes is 701250元,the running costs of the advanced treatment programs is 91000 yuan/a。 Fresh water consumption and water costs can be reduced 1719 t/d and 2138 yuan/d after wastewater reuse optimization. Therefore, the optimization of wastewater reuse reduces the water cost of the factory,and benefits the company.
