Printing and dyeing industry is a large amount of water and sewage in anindustry that is high energy, low-income representatives, in today’s sustainabledevelopment model is unsustainable. In order to maintain a certain production scale,in the printing industry for wastewater treatment and reuse, reduce emissions is toshow case the only way. The topics to Jiangnan Chemical Fiber Dyeing enterprises asa field survey of the object of study, the enterprises through long-term water anddrainage survey analysis, summarized the various processes designed reusewastewater generated program, and economically viable recycling program andtechnical feasibility analysis. The main contents and results are as follows:(1), respectively, in the various processes of the enterprise out of the waterquantity and water quality monitoring and analysis; based on water quality monitoringand analysis results to design optimization of the Road wastewater reuse programs, and conduct feasibility analysis program.(2) through each step of the enterprise out of the water quantity and water qualitymonitoring analysis, optimization of different wastewater reuse program, come backwith the program as follows: a total return generated condensate as boiler water;2Cooling water before use by softening the water used for dyeing water;3washingwastewater treated by simple precipitation re-use;4Part1cold water effluent back tothe water used for the preparation of the slurry; the first three cold water and freshwater water1:1mixture back as stained dark, the color of cold wash cloth with water;5intends to adopt wastewater effluent-manganese sand filter-activated carbonadsorption-cation exchange resin-back to the three water treatment process, on thepart of the necessary water three processes.(3) through the various reuse in the technical feasibility and economic feasibilityanalysis, we can see the depth of the company’s total investment in treatment facilitieswas56.7million. Through the depth of the treatment program operating costestimates, known wastewater per ton costs about1.16yuan, while the enterprise isnow used after purification of the river, a cost of1.9yuan per ton of water, the depthof the treated water costs less than existing water costs, thus is economically feasible. (4) By comparing the reuse of enterprise solutions designed to optimize waterusage and water before and after expenses can be drawn, the optimization ofwastewater reuse can reduce water usage2600.6tons/day, reducing water costs3275yuan/day.
