Purpose:Summarize the common technology of CO2-SFE technology in the volatile components extraction of rhizoma medical materials,providing research background of CO2-SFE technology in the promotion and application of Chinese Herbal Drugs production field.Method:The extraction of the volatile components from turmeric,rhizoma cyperi,atraotydin,notopterygium,acorus gramineus with CO2- SFE technology in this paper,the extractive technology of five medical materials was optimized by the single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment , and contrast with SD technology and ethanol backflow technology,then analyze the extractive materials of CO2- SFE technology,SD technology and ethanol backflow technology with GC-MS technology.Result:The best technology of turmeric extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 45℃,extractive pressure is 30MPa,extractive time is 1.5 hour,extractive rate is 7.87%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 1.56%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 2.35%;The best technology of rhizoma cyperi extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 45℃,extractive pressure is 30MPa,extractive time is 2 hours,extractive rate is 2.47%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 0.83%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 0.96%;The best technology of atraotydin extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 50℃,extractive pressure is 25MPa,extractive time is 2 hours,extractive rate is 5.78%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 2.87%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 2.63%;The best technology of atraotydin extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 50℃,extractive pressure is 30MPa,extractive time is 2 hours,extractive rate is 7.78%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 1.15%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 2.52%;The best technology of atraotydin extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 50℃,extractive pressure is 30MPa,extractive time is 2 hours,extractive rate is 7.78%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 1.15%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 2.52%;The best technology of acorus gramineus extraction with CO2-SFE technology is:extractive temperature is 50℃,extractive pressure is 25MPa,extractive time is 2 hours,extractive rate is 4.82%,the extractive rate of SD technology is 1.24%,the extractive rate of ethanol backflow technology is 1.76%.Conclusion: contrast with the extraction of five medical materials with CO2-SFE technology,SD technology and ethanol backflow technology,overall rating:in the volatile components extraction of rhizoma medical materials,CO2-SFE technology is obviously better than SD technology and ethanol backflow technology,show many advantages:high extractive rate,low extractive temperature,short extractive time,without solvent pollution,is good for saving the unstable matters on the heat and the easy oxydic volatile matters,is fit for the extraction of rhizoma medical materials,and is worth promotion and application in the large-scale production of Chinese Herbal Drugs.According to experiments,the common condition of CO2-SFE technology in the volatile components extraction of rhizoma medical materials is:better extractive pressure is 25-30MPa;better extractive temperature is 45-50℃;better extractive time is 1.5h-2.0h.
