At present, domestic and foreign oilfield pumping equipment is mainly the ordinary beam pumping unit. The major problem is the energy consumption and low efficiency. Especially, with the mid or late development of the most oilfield, the reservoir structure is changed, lack of capacity for well fluid, the increasing number of low-yield wells, pumping wells generally appear empty pumping phenomenon. Take conventional models for the wells of fluit shortage, not only make low yield, power consumption, but also tubing, sucker rods, pump attrit serious.Low spurt pumping unit with down eccentric barbell is a new oil pump unit which suit for efficient production under the low-yield wells, set low spurt pumping unit and the next two models of partial barbell merits of a conventional aircraft structures inherited simple, rugged durability, high reliability, easy parameter adjustment, low maintenance cost advantages. At the same time increase liquid production and the pump efficiency, reduce the wear among tubing, sucker rods, pump and extend the service life of oil production system, the effect of energy-saving is remarkable, for low-cost domestic and international oilfield development has far-reaching significance.In this article, based on the study and analysis of the pumping units being used in oilfield, the performance of low spurt pumping unit with down eccentric barbell was mainly analyzed. In order to save energy, its design was optimized. The detailed content is shown as follows:First of all, the current situation of pumping units for domestic and international uses were briefly stated, the main problems of the pumping units being used in oilfield and how to save energy were described. The main topic for discussion of this article was provided.Next, the primary theory of pumping units was studied. In order to provide the theoretical basis for the study of low spurt pumping units, the underground situation, load calculation, stroke, stroke frequency and selection of motor power were also described and analyzed.The third, though writing and desighing optimizer, establishing objective function, the parements of the low spurt pumping unit with down eccentric barbell were optimized to achieve the best energy-saving effect.Fourthly, achieved by pumping low spurt compared various methods of analysis, combined with oilfield practical application determine the application of pumping with large triple reduction gear to reduce the speed, and its design research, to achieve a minimum of pumping speed 1~2min-1, while reducing leakage and theft phenomenon.The fifth, take DPCYJY6-2.5-26HF models for example, through the preparation of the design optimization program, the establishment of objective function of the low spurt pumping unit with down eccentric barbell to achieve the best energy saving results. And conventional beam pumping unit with the low spurt pumping unit under the comparative analysis of partial bar to verify low stroke side bar under the low-yielding wells pumping on the exploitation of significant energy savings and a series of advantages, has a broad promotion prospects.Finally, a summary of the article was provided.
