The Department of Environmental Protection launches a reform to found different ecological demonstration area, whose target is to establish ecological village,ecological city,ecological province and ecological urban agglomeration.Ecological village is the basis of the construction of the Ecological city,the ecological province and even the ecological urban agglomeration. Many places of our country have found many patterns according to the local conditions and the policies of our country. The construction of ecological village could improve the country's environment,optimize the economic growth style,enhance the farmer's income and enhance people's consciousness of environment protection. It is also the reflection of scientific concept of development and the construction of new socialist countryside. But we also have some questions to deal with, such as the lack of cognition,unreasonable planning and the lack of money and technology. These questions have affected the process of the ecological village construction. So we have to take effective measures to adjust the industrial project,develop the circular economy and optimize the infrastructure. At the same time we should encourage people to take part in the process to construct ecological village.Ecological city is an independent and opening ecological system. Of course we should enhance the social consciousness of environment protection and form a national environment atmosphere.The construction of ecological province is a great pioneering, which has China characteristics. It is the union of sustainable development theory and the conditions of our country, and it is also a great innovation to the global sustainable development. Ecological province combines the development and continuance, it emphasis the ecological balance and the sustainable use of resources. Both the series questions now we faced and the development direction in the future ask for the necessary of the construction of the ecological province. Now we have made lots of great achievements on the construction of the ecological province, but there is also a long way to go. We should base on the different conditions and set a global awareness to strengthen the leadership and try to improve the environmental quality. And we must obey the sustainable development philosophy and develop circular economy. At the same time we should based on the law and do the ecological compensation job well to realize the social justice and to make the sustainable development of economy,society and environment in a higher level.The obvious character of the regional development in the 21st century is the appearance of the urban agglomeration, and the Eleventh Five-Year outline also treat the development of the urban agglomeration as the main form of the urbanization clearly. Now our country is showing the situation that the Eastern region is developing,the Western region is evolving,the Northeastern region is promoting and the central region is rising. Many regions have proposed the will to develop the urban agglomeration. Though the summary of the types of our country's ecological urban agglomeration we could find the better ideas to research our construction. And through the leading role of radiation of the three faucet ecological urban agglomeration, we could coordinate the development of the east and west region, and make a solid foundation for the regional economic integration.The research on the construction of our country's ecological district is an important part of the ecological civilization research, and we study the ecological civilization on the perspective of the whole region. This study changed the research in the past which based on the subject and the single region, break through the restriction of the administrative region. We treat the ecological environment as a whole and respect its integrity and indivisibility.
