Research On Reconstruction Of Urban Village Based On City Sustainable Development

Urban villages are the historical product along with the speed urbanization in china. With the construction of national environmental protection model cities, the development of living environment—friendly society were implemented, many questions that caused by the urban villages attracted the serious attention of government and people, research and reconstruction of urban villages were started in all parts of china.Up to now, the reconstruction of urban villages in each city has been achieved marked progress.In xi an there are 35villages that have reconstructed ,accounting for 18.7percent of the total ,in zheng zhou ,29villages are rebuilding now accounting for 24.3 percent of the total ,in wu han 47 villages are rebuilding now ,accounting for 31.9 percent of the total .But we should see that because of then one side view, blind development ,desire for quick returns , "over throw—reconstruct "and so on ,the unreasonable planning and serious damage to the ecological environment started come up during the reconstruction of the urban villages .According to a survey, there were number of problems existing in 40 percent of the 35 urban villages that had been reconstructed, in other regions, the same condition also usually reported.This paper take the 187 urban villages which has been planned to be constructed of xi an as the main research object. Use the correlative urbanization theory, by the survey of the urban histories and realities, this paper systematically analyzed the development course and main driving mechanism of urban villages in xi'an.probed into the all—around factors that impelled the urban village phenomena. Combined with the requirement of urban sustainable development, this paper studied the actuality configuration and externality characters of urban villages, the problem and restrict factor of reconstruction.Use the environment planning management and resource economics theory, from the participator and construction this two point of view, the author did the class research on how to choose the appropriate mode. Consulted on the theory, experience, means, principle about the sustainable development construction assessment index system, we found a suit of index system and assessment mode to instruct the reconstruction of urban village .Cmbined with the successful experience about the reconstruction of old city and renovation of environment all over the world , got across the further research, advanced some logical policy and countermeasure for the reconstruction of urban village .Finally ,this paper point out that the further research direction of urban village ,hoping can do some uses for reference to the research and reconstruction on urban village phenomena.
