Guoxia, an ancient village, was built in late Yuan Dynasty. In the 650-year history, this lineage village has always been a status in a smooth and sustainable development. After reform and opening the village developed tourism, but it remains a good ecological condition. The ancestors moved because of mountains and water. According to Fengshui they chose address and established village. Fengshui can still play the role of deterrence. The traditional farming life has rich ecological wisdom. Forestry can increase villagers' income. Bamboo is circularly used in production and life. The villagers retain the traditional simple fare. Prosperous agritainment let villagers be rich. Living in wooden houses villagers feel warm in winter and cool in summer. The upstairs hall is insulation. Patio improves ventilated day-lighting of the room. The water system of village can guarantee that water is not outflow in house and water is not slanting stream at village. Ecological culture of Guoxia is constituted by the following aspects: Firstly, the villagers fear nature. Secondly, lineage relationships restrict consciousness and behavior of villagers. Thirdly, social culture produced positive or negative influence. It shows the harmonious relationship of man-and-nature, man-and-man and man-and-society. Ecological culture of Guoxia village is a system. It is a sample of Chinese traditional culture.
