The Impact Of Urban Agglomeration On Environment And Strategy

With the development of the social economy, the courses of industrialization and urbanization as well as the urban agglomeration have all been greatly pushed forward. In this course, however, the problems of the environmental pollution and the ecological disruption are on the rise. Therefore it becomes more and more urgent to ensure the sustainability of the urbanization and urban agglomeration in China, and also to coordinate the relationship between the development of the urban agglomeration and the environmental protection.So far, in number studies on urbanization are comparatively much more than those studies on the environmental protection of the urban agglomeration; moreover, studies on the environmental problems of single city are also comparatively much more than those studies on the environment of the urban agglomeration as a whole. Urban agglomeration as a new region unite has grown into a constituent part of the modern social economic development, so it must be very important to promote a benign development of the urban agglomeration for the total economic development of one country. Based on such kind of background and actual requirements, the study of this paper pays its attention to the countermeasures of the environmental problems and the environmental protection of the urban agglomeration. Furthermore, according to the studies of the status quo at home and aboard, it expounds the relevant concepts of the urbanization and urban agglomeration, analyzes the stage, features, trend as well as the environmental problems of the urbanization and urban agglomeration in China, and meanwhile points out the particularity and the causes of formation of these problems; and in the light of the urban agglomeration management theory, the urban planning theory and the environmental bearing capacity theory, comes up with some countermeasures and suggestions in allusion to the environmental problems of the urban agglomeration, and moreover takes the Urban Agglomeration of Guanzhong as an example to study on in this paper.This paper studies on the universal and whole effects of the development of the urban agglomeration to the environment; and raises the countermeasures to the environmental problems that occur in the process of the development of the urban agglomeration. Hence the study of this paper must have significant meanings in promoting scientific decision-making and implementation of the environmental management, improving the quality and level of the environmental protection as well as perfecting the environmental protection laws and regulations of the urban agglomeration in the process of the development of the urban agglomeration.
