As technology and people's living standards advances, the traditional clothing for the cold-naked in tandem does not satisfy the demand for a simple dress. Because of phase-changing temperature-regulating fabric has tens of millions of microcapsules phase change materials, which can absorb and release energy to regulate temperature. It changed the traditional fabric which depends on the heat insulation of the reflection and isolation to achieve the purpose of comfort. At present, most phase-changing temperature-regulating fabric in the form of using coated or implanted phase change materials, but the coated fabrics are not washable. It is easy to fall off, muggy, stiff, poor ventilation. And it is not conducive to the human body dressed in a long time. The fiber is cotton-type fiber which based on acrylic fiber. Its cross-section is thicker. Its resistance is larger. Its cohesion is bad. And it is easy appear static phenomenon during the spinning process. These features seriously affected the smooth progress of the spinning process.In this paper, on the base of choosing the appropriate raw materials, the topics mainly on phase-changing temperature-regulating blended yarn fibers'congtengt, spinning process, fiber distribution, the structure and properties of blended yarn, the Tempering effect of fabrics, and wear performance of the fabric, etc. were studied.The studies are as follows:1. Test and analyzed the Outlast fibers performances, and adjusted the semi-worsted process parameters, then spinning six kinds of phase-changing temperature-regulating yarn.2. Analyzed the blended yarns'cross-section slice, calculated of the fibers in Hamilton transfer of each index. Studied the Outlast fiber content on the impact of various fiber Hamilton index, in order to provide technical reference for temperature-regulating product development.3. In the same spinning process, weaving process and dyeing and finishing process conditions, I have studied the relationship of the mechanical properties of blended yarn, yarn enthalpy value between the Outlast fiber content.and phase transition enthalpy values of a linear regression were analyzed, and the regression equation were established. Analyzed the relationship between the blended yarn enthalpy value and Outlast fiber's content and Hamilton index by regression analysis, and established the regression equation.4. The actual tempering effects of the fabric were tested by flat thermal instrument. Contrast to ordinary fabric, I studied the inherent relationship between the yarn properties and the tissue of fabric with the tempering effects of fabric. Using binary analysis of variance analyzed the fabric thermostat effect factors. 5. The warmth property, permeability and fastness and anti-pilling properties were tested. I have studied the internal relations of fiber's content with the warmth property, permeability and color fastness and anti-pilling properties.After a series of study, research and test analysis, concluded that: Outlast fiber surface with ravines, which is conducive to the exchange of water vapor; the tensile properties of phase-changing temperature-regulating yarns woven to meet actual requirements of production. When the Outlast fiber is 40%, the tensile performance and the relative enthalpy values are best. The relationship between the blended yarn enthalpy value and Outlast fiber Hamilton index is linear.After testing the fabrics found they have a certain temperature regulating functions, and when Outlast fiber is 40%, rib fabrics can regulate the temperature for more than 2℃. With the Outlast fiber content increased, the fabrics'warmth property become better, but its permeability decreased. The fabrics'fastness and anti-pilling grade more than 4, it can meet the actual wear requirements. Using binary analysis of variance analyzed the factors that affecting the tempering effect of fabric.The result showed Outlast fiber content and fabric structure all played a significant role in the tempering effect of fabric.
