Along with the economic development, urbanization and industrialization furtheradvance, the land use structure change speed and amplitude increase, the land usechange has become the hot spot of the earth system research. Regional land usechange to protect arable land, clear land utilization, adjust the structure of land useand land policies formulated to have the important meaning.Taking Tulu fan city as an example, this paper applicants the GIS spatial analysis,introduces landscape ecology, transferring matrix of land utilization as the foundation,the construction of the net amount of land utilization and change, the total amount toexchange the calculation of the quantity of method, analyzes the number of land usechange and spatial change. Calculation stochastic conditions between land utilizationtype conversion between theory area percentage points, respectively from the new andreduce two aspects to contrast with the real volume and theory of conversion, explorethe land use conversion rules; Calculation of land use in type level and landscapelevel two levels of landscape index, the comprehensive analysis Tulu fan city landutilization the landscape pattern characteristics and evolution process of Tulu fan citylandscape pattern of land utilization changes driving force for research.The results of the study show that:(1) Tulu fan city unique natural geographical decides its land utilization pattern.Water resources decide oasis scale. Mineral resources decide mining land distributionand scale.(2) Water scarcity restrict the size of the land development; Land ecologicalenvironment control pressure; The land use structure is not rational and the use levelis not high, The land use of the ecological environment is bad and management isdifficult; the location and resource advantage was not fully highlight in the process ofland utilization.(3) Tulu fan city forest land, urban use with net change as the leading factor, mainly for the change of the increasing and decreasing of the number. The cultivatedland, garden land, grassland, rural residential areas and mining in exchange are led bychange of land. The change is mainly for space position shift. Other USES of the netchange and exchange is also changing.(4) In this article, through various land utilization category actual conversionsbetween areas with Daniel compare percentage values, find some don't seem obvious,but with a great transformation of the advantages of the land utilization conversion,more clarity in the judgment of Tulu fan city land utilization change process of thesystem.(5) Tulu fan city natural environment decides the landscape evenness in lowerlevel; For increasing of the study area small patches number, improving of thelandscape boundary separated, lowering of the advantage plaques connection degreesand improvement of the landscape fragmentation, The main reason is the humaninterference leading to big patches cut for small patches; The study area landscapeplaques each type of between adjacent type has reduce the tendency of bordering thelandscape type richness fell. Landscape apartness index also decreases, and landscapetypes of distribution lower complexity. The main reasons causing these changes aboveare the farmland policy implementation in recent years, the land utilization reasonableplanning, land renovation, ecological environment control engineering, the land usefrom disorder and extensive to intensive.
