Regional land usechange to protect arable land, clear land utilization, adjust the structure of land useand land policies formulated to have the important meaning.Taking Tulu fan city as an example, this paper applicants the GIS spatial analysis,introduces landscape ecology, transferring matrix of land utilization as the foundation,the construction of the net amount of land utilization and change, the total amount toexchange the calculation of the quantity of method, analyzes the number of land usechange and spatial change.
