This paper mainly studies the characteristics of MR's electromagnetism. Forthe fine electromagnetism characteristics of MR, it had been used in sensor designby us. This paper includes the following content:①The research of the MRF's electric properties and the design of theMRF's dampers health diagnostic testing system model online by itself.Firstly, we had designed the resistance of MRF, this resistance is a containerwhich has the upside and downside cylinder metal board, and its inside has full ofMRF. And then we designed a circuit that it can measure the resistance of MRFaccurately. At last, we had researched the relation between the MRF's resistanceand the magnetic induction under the additional magnetic field effect, we designedthe model of MRF damper health online diagnostic testing system model under theMRF technology.②The research of the MRF's capacitance and the design of model of thesystem of cantilever beam type MRF fluid speed had capacitive sensor.Firstly, we had designed the capacitor of MRF, this capacitor is a containerwhich has the upside and downside cylinder metal board, and its inside has full ofMRF. And then we designed a circuit that it can measure the capacitor of MRFaccurately. At last, we had researched the relation between the MRF's capacitorand the magnetic induction under the additional magnetic field effect, we designedthe model of MRF's acceleration speed capacitor sensor.③The research of the domino offect of MRG's flex under the additionalmagnetic field and the design of model of the sensor which can measure thecharacter of material online under the MRG technology.Firstly, we investigate the theory of the magnetostrictive of MRG, and then weuse light lever principle to design a system of measuring MRF fluid magnetostrictive coefficient of optical, the system can accurately detection MRGfluid magnetostrictive coefficient under the additional magnetic field change rule,through the experimental research MRG fluid magnetostrictive coefficient and themagnetic induction relationship, we found that the MRG fluid magnetostrictivecoefficient can achieve10-4orders of magnitude, which indicates that the MRGfluid has obvious magnetostrictive phenomenon with practical applicationvalue.This made it can be a very good applied in sensor of field. Finally, this paperput forward a kind of MRF based on magnetostrictive effect material propertiessensor model.
