To develop the domestic Intelligent Multichannel Physiological Monitor of Laboratory Animals, we developed the software and hardware for the monitor and tested its efficiency. we developed the different sensor and its signal processing electric circuit including the pretreatment and enlarge electric circuit for the monitor of the blood pressure, ECG, temperature and respiration, respectively. Such as transform the output resistance signal of the temperature sensor into voltage signal, and then was enlarged to adapt the A/D electric circuit. The data from the A/D electric circuit was delivered to the bus of computer by the pilot circuit. Thus the hardware for the monitor was formed.We designed different input sampling frequency according the different signal, and these data were put to the data bus to read-in. At the same time, these data were displayed as waveforms in multi-channels, and also be stored at real time. After experiment, these data can be displayed, analyzed and printed through the disk.Animal experiment indicated: the multichannel physiological monitor can display the waveform of the blood pressure, ECG, temperature, respiration of the laboratory animals (such as dog, pig, etc) at real time, at the same time these data can be saved, outputted and printed. By comparison, these data were between the normal scope, and were in line with government standard.The multichannel physiological monitor of laboratory animals exploited by us was reliable and intelligent.
