The Study Of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation In Transportation Mode Selection

For EMS companies, in order to win customers, gain market, and achieve profits,they are required to qualify and improve customer service, and help select suitablelogistics for customers. In this paper, the in-depth discussion and research have beencarried on how does the EMS companies evaluate and select the Appropriate mode oftransportation。In this paper, according to studying the actual status of inside and outside research,to analyse and compare of the transportation model evaluation theory and method; And inuse of questionnaires, comprehensive scoring method for expert scoring, it is to build anevaluation index system of transportation modes,which determines the weights of theindex by using anslytic hierarchy process, on this basis, the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method was utilized to build a comprehensive evaluation model, therealization of transportation modes evaluation and selection was proved valid through theweighted relative deviation minimum process.Finally, according to an empirical case study, the evaluation and selection of thetheoretical methods was applied to the M's actual evaluation of transportation modes.And it is providing the theoretical basis to the enterprise to select and evaluate thetransportation modes in the future.
