| As an important part of the urban landscape ecosystem in Nanjing, the lakeside park has itsunique landscape and ecological advantage, and its greening effect directly reflects spirit featureand cultural meaning of the city. Based on Ecology, Garden Art, Landscape Architectrue andother related theoretical studies, the study took the field surveys on the landscape plants, analysisof plant community, Scenic Beauty Estimation procedures method into practice, this paper tookthe plant landscape of five lakeside parks as the research object, analysed the plant speciessituation, evaluated the landscape quality, put forward some representative models of plantconfiguration, and summarized general characteristics and current problems of the lakeside parksin the city of Nanjing, and based on the problems, some suggestions were put forword. The maincontents and conclusions are as follows:1. It applied the method of overall survey to analyse the plant species, the vegetation types,and the different characteristics in different seasons of the urban lakeside parks. It showed thatthe plant species should be increased, especially the species of indigenous trees, shrubs and herbs.The paper aslo analysed the quantitative features, divercity of45typical plant communities onthe theory of Plant Community.2. Based on the Scenic Beauty Estimation procedures method,40belt transects wereappraised. Finally, the outstanding transects of four types was gotten. The four types wereRiparian plant community, Open forest and grassland community, Dense forest community,Multilayer plant community. The outstanding transects were B3(Located on the main entrancesupporting service area of Bailuzhou Park), X35(Located on the island of Cui in Xuanwuhu Park),X32(Located on the Scenic around the lake in Xuanwuhu Park), X30(Located on the island ofLiang in Xuanwuhu Park). The paper aslo made the landscape quality elements decomposed andquantitatived, and by doing this the assessment model of SBE was established.3. The sketch maps of the four kinds of communities which got the highest SBE value weredrawed, and the method of the planting design was analyed. Then, according to theabove-mentioned results, the basic community models and typical riparian community models inthe lakeside parks were summarized.4. Finally, on the basis of above analysis results, the plant landscape's features and currentproblems of the lakeside parks in the city of Nanjing were summarized, and based on thisproblems, some suggestions were aslo put forword, hoping they could provide some referencesfor the futrue plant landscape transformation of the lakeside parks in the city of Nanjing. |
