GPS,which named Globe Position System, brings a large amount of facilitates for our daily life. Our normal lives such as travelling and driving, making use of ocean resources and aerospace industry can't continue without the development of GPS. However, as to the support of GIS or RS can GPS has so many functions. GIS for Geography Information System provides the process of spatial data and storage of spatial data, whose large capacity and rapid deal give us so quick speed to deal with the data of GPS. RS is for the Remote System. RS doesn't have any function when it works alone. It mainly provide data source and data support for the GPS and GIS. Its ability of acquiring data simplify the process of exploring spatial data. In this article, we mainly research on the spatial data transmission, so GIS will be the emphasis.The article will introduce readers a system developed depend on ArcGIS Engine. It make use of the class and plug-ins provided by ArcGIS Engine. ArcGIS Engine is used to create custom GIS independent application platform, support varies interfaces, and has many advanced function. It builds on industry standards-based. So when we develop our own system, we only achieve some geography function, for example, quivery, zoom, layer.The system described in the article also can develop depend on the ArcObjects. AO also provide many classes for developing GIS. But it can't be used in GUI mode, we prefer to choose the ArcGIS Engine for our development. We also connect Oracle database to complete some simple function like insert and so on.
