So when we develop our own system, we only achieve some geography function, for example, quivery, zoom, layer.The system described in the article also can develop depend on the ArcObjects. AO also provide many classes for developing GIS. But it can't be used in GUI mode, we prefer to choose the ArcGIS Engine for our development. We also connect Oracle database to complete some simple function like insert and so on.
