Tongjiang County in the northeastern part of Sichuan Province Bazhong,in the south east of Micang mountain,and Daba notch. Nanzheng Shaanxi,Xixiang,zhenba are in the north bordering with Tongjiang.Wanyuan is in its east. Pingchang is in its south. Nanjiang and Bazhong are in its west.Tongjiang County is located in the low mountains, including cutting low mountains, deep cutting and middle cutting, was "three mountains clip two Valley" terrain; regional Mesozoic strata(Jurassic, Cretaceous) covering a wide range, tris Permian strata is exposed in small areas.The climate is Subtropical humid monsoon climate.Rainfall is abundant and concentrated.groundwater is mainly classified as pore water, fissure water clastic rocks, fissure cave water.In recent years, human activities become influential, there are roads, bridges,water conservancy, hydropower, urban construction and so on. All in all,Tongjiang County's complex geological environment and natural conditions makes him a geological disaster-hit area. According to statistics, in 2009 there were 222 geological disasters in Tong. In early 2012, there were 916 geological disasters, including 756 landslides,78 collapse, 62 unstable landslide and 20 other disasters. Number of geological disasters of Tongjiang County y grown rapidly,threatening people's lives,property safety,social stability and economic,development.this article summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,distribution and development of geological disasters; summarizes the conditions,triggers and formation of geological disasters.Screening the evaluation factor,Establishing Tongjiang County's risk index system; by the analytic hierarchy process to completed index weight. Complete the calculation of the dimensionless index and degree of membership based on Arc GIS; Finally,through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, completed the Tongjiang county geological hazard assessment.
