The Design And Development Of New Rural Planning Management Information System

The rapid development of new rural construction put forward higher requirements on the new rural planning. The traditional manual management can not meet the new rural planning requirements, which involves large amounts of information. It is necessary to use modern advanced technology to build a new rural planning management information system.New rural planning management information system is established under such background. The system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio (C#) and all component development platform SuperMap Objects. Using this system, we can enter the new rural planning related information, such as remote sensing image data, planning result maps, documentations, etc. into the database. Using GIS spatial query and analysis function, we can query,statistics,analysis and display these information, thereby implement management automatization and standardization. It promotes the preparation of rural planning work effectively, also improves the level of the new rural planning, and provides comprehensive information consultation service platform for the new rural construction relevant departments and people, which can help them understand the rural construction planning information. It provides convenient access to information services for government decision-making in rural areas.This article is divided into five chapters. It discusses theories, techniques and methods about how to develop the new rural planning management information system.Chapter I introduction.It introduces the research background, research status, research objectives, research content, research technical routes, and research significance of the system.Chapter II system-related technology research. We analyze and compare the current three popular GIS platform software and their second development components, considering the practical situation, finally choose the best GIS platform——SuperMap Objects, which constructs new rural planning management information system appropriately. This chapter describes ComGIS technology, SuperMap Objects control technology and SuperMap SDX+ space engine technology.Chapter III system design. First the system requirements analysis, setting system design objectives and principles, then the new rural planning management information system design, including system technical route design and functional design. Last it describes system modules, hardware and software environment and system security in detail;Chapter IV system database design. First introducing data source of the system database. We select SQL Server 2005 as database software platform, also introduce the data organization in SuperMap Objects, and complete logical design and physical design of the system database;Chapter V the development and practice of the new rural planning management information system. Taking Chencang village as an example, it introduces the realization of the main functions about the system, and introduces function realization respectively for the villagers, village committee members and PanLongTown government urban construction staff.
